Imagine walking through a town and everywhere you look (walls, arch-ways, walk ways, water fountains etc.) you see bright, thoughtful, beautiful art work.  It’s truly a site to see!

If you’ve driven down 30a or through Alys Beach recently, you’ve probably noticed a lot of new construction. Alys Beach is growing!

We’re not just talking about Alys Beach homes, even though we could, with 87 current homes built and 48 under construction.  We are also starting to see the first building in town center coming out of the ground!
