The real estate market along 30A, home to upscale planned communities such as WaterColor, WaterSound, Seaside, Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, continues to show positive sales trends.

Following are some interesting sales statistics covering a 30-day period, ending on Aug 29, that Latitude Resort Properties recently complied from the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors Multiple Listing Service. If you are looking to buy, or considering selling, this data can be quite useful.

Water’s Edge is a beach community located in Seacrest, south of Scenic Highway 30A between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Founded in the late '90s, Water’s Edge has become a popular rental community. The small gated community features 38 lots and all but 6 lots are built on. There are no homes under construction at the present time.

Water’s Edge is less than a 30-minute drive from the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (Panama City) and just a little more than an hour from the Northwest Florida Regional Airport (Fort Walton Beach).
